This invention relates to a foundry and relates to a method for producing a mold. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the form, as well as to create a method that would allow to obtain a form with varying hardness and strength from the model to the harmony of the form. The mixture is affected by pressure pulses increasing in its gradient, the first of which is preferably 40 bar / s, and the second is more than the first one by 20 bar / s. The two-stage gas shock pressure impulse leads to an improved form quality. The amount of air introduced by the first shock pressure pulse passes through the volume of the molding sand and at least partially flows through the air exhaust system installed in the model plate. Through this first pressure shock pulse, the mass of the molding sand is subjected to sufficient movement to even out the possible unevenness in the model area that occurred during the filling process. Following this, the second shock pressure impulse exerts a substantially greater pressure on the mass of the molding sand. A second pressure shock pulse compresses the remaining levels of the moldable mixture. The application of the proposed method leads to a very special qualitative advantages when compacting forms. Due to the fact that the hardness of the height of the form has become better controlled, uniform forms of hardness of the forms can be achieved at both low and high models.
